Return Policy
You may return unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Exchanges can be made for in-stock merchandise. Please note that exchange orders will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Simply call our Customer Service Line at 1-800-319-6778 or email us at returns@brandfuel.com within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. A return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned to your order and is required for your full refund.
When packing your return, we simply ask that you indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact a Brand Fuel Customer Service Representative immediately! We will ship the damaged merchandise back at OUR expense. We will replace the item or issue a full refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.

Shipping Information
General Shipping Info:
Order Before Noon EST: Processed same day.
Order After Noon EST: Processed the following day.
Expedited Service: Order placed after Noon EST requiring same day processing will incur a $10 fee.(NOTE: If same day processing is not possible, customer will be contacted and order will be processed the following day and will NOT incur a fee).
Shipments to SAS Cary Headquarters
Orders received by noon EST Monday through Friday will be delivered to the receiving dock on the SAS Cary Campus by 4pm on the same day via a local courier service. UPS charges will be removed and NOT billed to orders being shipped to the SAS Cary Headquarters at the time of order processing.
Orders received after noon EST and marked for expedited service, will be processed same day and incur a $10 per order rush fee. If same day delivery is not possible, the customer will be contacted and the order will be processed the following day at no additional cost
Domestic and Canadian Shipments
Orders received by noon EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day via the specified UPS delivery method and billed to the customer.
International Shipments
Orders received by noon EST Monday through Friday will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours. All shipments will be handled by UPS World Wide Services. All shipping charges will be billed on the order at UPS Published rates, unless otherwise indicated in the special instructions box on the order.
International shipments are subject to an additional $5.00 administrative fee. You may not order from, and Brand Fuel will not ship to, countries that are subject to U.S. trade sanctions. Brand Fuel hereby notifies you that United States export laws and regulations apply to all purchases made on this site. Your use of this site indicates your agreement to comply with these and other applicable export and import laws and regulations. You and Brand Fuel expressly agree to exclude the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods from any applicable agreement. You are responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These fees vary from country to country, can be very costly and are often COD. Please consult your local customs office for further information.
